Is listing my plans free?
Yes. Listing on Dudils is free and stays free. Upload your plans, our architect reviews them, and approved plans appear in search results matched to real blocks. The paid services below are optional extras for builders who want more.
Do paid services change what gets approved or how plans rank?
No, never. Every plan is held to the same architectural standard whether its builder pays us or not, and search results are ordered by how well a plan fits the searcher's block. What the advisory does is make your plans genuinely better oriented, so more of them earn a place in more searches.
How do quote requests work?
When a buyer whose block suits one of your plans asks for a quote, we email you the plan and the block's address. Sign in to Dudils to see the buyer's name, email, phone and what they want in the price, how much the block falls, and your plan drawn on their block over the aerial photo and the flood, bushfire and planning maps. Your first quote request is free. After that you choose a plan. On pay per quote we send you each request with the plan on the block, and you only pay $60 incl GST for the quotes you want. Unlimited quotes are $199 a month incl GST, with every buyer's details included. If you miss a request because you had no plan, choose one within 14 days and you can still take it. If a request has fake contact details, is a duplicate or is outside your area, flag it from your dashboard within 14 days and we review it.
What does Orientation Advisory actually deliver?
A registered architect reassesses every plan in your range and writes practical guidance for each one: where the living zones should sit, which windows matter, whether a mirrored version unlocks more blocks, and which garage side works. You get a written report per plan plus updated orientation data on Dudils.
What do BASIX and NatHERS have to do with plan choice?
A lot. Orientation is one of the biggest levers in a thermal assessment. A plan placed well on its block can pass with standard specifications, while the same plan facing the wrong way often needs upgraded glazing, extra insulation or mechanical cooling to comply, and that cost usually surfaces after contract.
How is pricing billed?
The quote plans are billed monthly. The advisory services are shown as monthly figures and billed annually. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, so the price you see is the price you pay. For the advisory services we confirm scope and terms on a short call before anything is signed.
Who runs the assessments and masterclasses?
Shea Cullen, the registered architect behind Dudils. The same person who has personally assessed every plan on the site runs the plan reviews and teaches the masterclasses.
