It suits a block with the backyard to the south, where the street and driveway sit to the north.
At 11.5 metres wide by 23 metres deep (about 225.2 square metres of floor area), the house needs a build width of roughly 13 metres once you allow for side setbacks. South Australia's hot dry summers and mild winters make orientation and shading central, and north facing living with the right eaves handles both.
