It suits a block with the backyard to the north, where the street and driveway sit to the west.
At 34.78 metres wide by 17.27 metres deep (about 368.5 square metres of floor area), the house needs a build width of roughly 36 metres once you allow for side setbacks. Across New South Wales, turning the living areas to the north keeps a home warm through a coastal or inland winter and easy to shade in summer.
